Polisher
Our centerless polisher features a sturdy 2” x 4” tubular frame consists of two sets of polyurethane rollers. The gear motor drives one set, and the other set is easily adjusted to accommodate shafts from 1” to 14” OD.
The polisher uses a “G & P 72” abrasive belt polisher Model B372-3 as its polishing head. The head uses a 3” X 72” belt and is driven by a 3 HP 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hz. motor.
We also make a 5 HP head with a 3” x 90” belt available to increase the time between belt changes. A larger horsepower head with a longer belt is available to increase productivity and increase the time between belt changes.
A vector A.C. drive runs the polishing head horizontally the length of the fixture. A rack and pinion drive system smoothly traverses the carriage. Four Teflon lined guides that slide on aluminum support rails support the head.
You can add a remote jog to speed up set time or to manually polish and area.
As an option, we can offer these in a buffing wheel only or buffing wheel & belt combination.

Disassembly Table
Cylinder repair begins on the Hydraulic Cylinder Disassembly Bench. Selecting the right equipment is critical to the success and ease of operation.
Boelter International offers Standard, Heavy Duty, and Economy Hydraulic Cylinder Disassembly Benches, all of which can be customized.
Tooling
Hydraulic Torque Head is a hydraulically operated ratchet (hydraulic torque wrench) that removes or installs piston nuts and cylinder heads. It uses a minimum of 2 GPM and 3000 psi to develop 20,000 to 100,000 foot-pounds of torque.
Rigid Chain Vises are options for the disassembly bench. The chain vises can handle tubes or rods up to 8” in diameter. You can purchase and install additional chain the increase the range of the vise to 14”. Do not use the chain vise as the primary hold down for any torquing operation.
The Nut Buster® generates greater torque than the rating on your chain vise; we advise caution, as this high torque could damage your vise.
Adjustable Brace Tool holds the cylinder tube or rod in place while the nut is removed. The brace tool uses a threaded rod through the clevis of the cylinder tube or rod to pull the uprights tight against the cylinder, providing maximum support to the tube or rod.
Large Diameter Four-Point Spanner Tool
This tool can be used as a two, three or four point spanner. This spanner is designed to bolt on to your existing adjustable brace tool style base plate. Base plate is not provided. Optional base plate and L-Brackets are sold separate. Included with this spanner are 4 sets of each pin assembly 5/16”, 3/8”, 7/16”, 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4”. Also included, are four 1/2” side groove caps for slotted grooves.
Adjustable Gland Tool is used to secure cylinder head glands, tubes, and nuts from 5” (127mm) to 16-3/4” (425mm) in diameter. This tool comes with hardened vise jaws. It was designed to fit onto your existing Adjustable Brace Tool base plate. Base plate and L-Brackets are sold separately.
Hex Plates are easily and quickly installed into the capture ring of the Hydraulic Torque Head. They are used as a box wrench to remove and/or tighten nuts and offer a very affordable alternative to large sockets. (set sizes vary)

Hone
We designed our cylinder honing equipment with the hydraulic rebuilding shop in mind. Its design ensures that the hone is ergonomically friendly and environmentally safe.
We manufacture hones capable of honing bores from 2.5” (63.5mm) to 21.2” (538mm).

Internal Tube Washer
We manufacture the ITW to clean the inside of tubes and cylinders prior to reassembly. It uses ATF or any other hydraulic fluid for washing and flushing thus eliminating the need for rinsing. The washer rolls easily, on four casters, and is positioned at the end of our Disassembly Table that is used to hold the cylinder. The hand held pistol grip drive and oil pump are air operated for safe and trouble free use with a single power source.
